How to payback?

If the borrower fails to repay the loan before the end of the loan term, Yunus Loop will automatically initiate a liquidation operation.

When liquidation occurs, the smart contract will automatically convert the tokens pledged by the borrower into USDT and execute the circulation to retum the corresponding amount to the lender's wallet address.

In order to protect the safety of each user's funds in circulation in Yunus Loop, and to enforce credit score reduction penalties for defaulting borrowers, users with credit scores below the threshold will no longer enjoy risk-free short-term borrowing and risk-free ultra-short-term borrowing privileges on the platform.
